Her life took a pivotal turn when her parents decided to confront their own demons and embarked on the path to sobriety when she was just eight years old. Her dad was suicidal off and on her entire lifetime. These pivotal moments not only instilled in her the values of recovery, gratitude, and resilience. It was here that the seeds of her mission were sown – a mission to guide mothers on their own journeys towards fulfillment and inner peace.

Central to her mission is the belief in the power of self-love and self-care. Courtney understands that a mother's capacity to nurture her children is intrinsically tied to her own well-being. She embarked on a mission to heal the inner child in every mother, guiding them towards the path of self-compassion and self-discovery.

About My Family
We currently live in Lexington, Kentucky. I have two girls; Scarlett (8) and Charley Jane (6) who were both born in California. Our favorite thing to do as a family is go to the horse races at Keeneland Racetrack, as Lexington is Thoroughbred capital of the world. Scarlett is our athlete and artist. She impresses me at soccer every game, she’s obsessed with horse back riding and enjoys painting and drawing. Charley Jane is our sweet, dramatic, theatrical singer and dancer who is not lacking personality.
Sister Bond
Scarlett and Charley Jane have a very special bond as sisters. Their happiness shows. As a parent and only child, I have stressed the values of building each other up versus tearing each other down. This is largely due to the way we practice mindfulness and openness as a family. Kids can practice mindfulness techniques that we teach them. We use the placemats at mealtimes as a conversation starter to continuously set our intentions for the day, practice our values by “being” a certain way and not “doing”. When we can BE kind, BE loving, BE forgiving, then no one can take that away from us. This builds confidence and a strong inner world within, as we continue to live and grow through life and the chaos around us.
You belong here.
“I help parents and teachers achieve joy, deeper connections, and extraordinary relationships with their children and students without the fear and worry of suicidal ideation entering their minds in a world where suicide rates are climbing exponentially.”
